Job summary

Viking Turizm in Istanbul seeks an experienced International FIT Reservations Specialist to join our team. You will handle international individual travel reservations including hotels, transfers, car rentals and other services, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

The role requires strong destination knowledge, excellent communication with clients and suppliers, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently while maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international FIT reservations or travel operations.
• Experience in searching and booking hotels through GDS systems.
• Good knowledge of international destinations and hotels.
• Strong planning and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills with clients and suppliers.
• Ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.
• Florent English fluency; a second language is a plus.
• For male applicants: Military service must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Handle international hotel and FIT reservations from request to completion.

• Coordinate with internal teams when additional travel services are required.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
