Contributing to the formulation of the company's financial strategies and policies.
Working in close cooperation with Executive Management to establish and implement organizational financial policies, strategies, and KPIs.
Executing holistic asset management to ensure the short- and long-term financing of company operations.
Developing digital financial tracking and reporting systems to facilitate the timely identification and reporting of strategy and operational recommendations.
Effectively coordinating working capital, liquidity, and fund management processes.
Analyzing foreign exchange, interest rate, and market risks, and taking necessary actions.
Conducting improvement projects to increase efficiency in financial processes.
Carrying out feasibility and financial analysis studies regarding investment, loan, and financing alternatives.
Developing financial plans by analyzing the growth and growth dynamics of Group Companies, and converting these into actionable plans to present to the Board of Directors.
Actively managing all processes of the company regarding financial planning, control, domestic/international loans, commodity and inventory financing, and banking transactions.
Establishing company and group-based cash management systems in agreement with banks; analyzing receivables and payables to conduct research that enhances the companies' fund-generation capabilities.
Preparing monthly and quarterly management, budget, and forecast reports.
Monitoring financial risk analyses and taking the necessary strategic positions.
Providing necessary guidance during the company's investment processes based on market conditions.
Controlling and analyzing cost optimization in line with cost elements and budget planning.
Monitoring processes to ensure the accuracy of financial data received from operations.
Analyzing and preparing the company's interim financial performance reports at specified intervals in line with agreements made with department managers, and reporting them globally upon executive management's approval (generating reports based on incoming analyses).
Monitoring, financially tracking, controlling, and closely supervising the implementation of subsidized/incentivized investment processes.
qualifications
Bachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; preferably holding an MBA or a similar master's degree.
Proven experience in managing processes and taking financial actions within international credit rating agencies.
Comprehensive knowledge of finance, treasury, and budgeting; extensive experience in developing and maintaining financial reporting tools; and at least 10 years of experience in international cash flow and tax optimization.

Strong problem-solving skills, a result-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Effective time-management skills, well-organized, and highly disciplined.
Advanced level of written and verbal English proficiency.
