Token Financial Technologies is seeking a Marketing Project Assistant & Long-Term Intern in Turkey to support marketing projects across brand products and services. You will coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, contributing to product marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing, events, campaigns, and website management.

3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a recent graduate.
Studying Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology and digital tools; actively uses AI to improve productivity.
Comfortable with Excel, presentations, and basic reporting.
Strong task and follow-up management skills with a clear sense of urgency.
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Results-driven with high motivation to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing projects across all brand products and services.
Coordinate marketing processes with internal stakeholders and external agencies/3rd party partners.
Contribute to product marketing, corporate communications, digital marketing, events & sponsorships, campaign management, and website management.
Review, analyze, and summarize reports received from agencies.
Quickly understand briefs, ask the right questions, and turn requirements into actionable outputs.
Take ownership of tasks and proactively follow up to ensure projects move forward on time.
