Job summary

IPEKYOL GROUP'in merkez ofisinde Finansal Planlama ve Analiz Yöneticisi olarak çalışacaksınız. Gelir kaynakları, maliyet yapıları ve karlılık analiziyle performans iyileştirme fırsatlarını belirleyeceksiniz; promosyonların finansal etkilerini inceleyeceksiniz.

Bütçeleme süreçlerini yönetecek, başlangıçtan kapanışa kadar aylık/çeyreklik ve yıllık raporlar hazırlayacaksınız; CFO ve yönetim ekibiyle uzun vadeli finansal hedefler geliştireceksiniz. Türkiye genelinde hibrit çalışma imkanı mevcut.

Qualifications

• IFRS, bütçeleme, öngörü ve finansal modelleme konularında güçlü bilgi sahibi olmak.
• MS Office programlarına hakim olmak; özellikle gelişmiş Excel becerisi.
• İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü yetkinlik.

Responsibilities

• Gelir kaynakları, maliyet yapıları ve karlılık analiziyle performans iyileştirme fırsatlarını belirlemek.
• Promosyonların finansal etkilerini değerlendirmek.
• Bütçe sürecini yönetmek ve raporlar sunmak.
• CFO ile uzun vadeli finansal hedefler geliştirmek.
• Satış ve operasyon ekipleriyle işbirliği içinde mali analizler yapmak.

We are looking for a team member for the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at the head office of IPEKYOL GROUP.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a multinational or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze revenue sources, cost structures, and profitability to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Assess the profitability of promotions and analyze their financial impacts.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics such as seasonal distribution, brand mix, channel mix, and store-based performance to optimize sales and margins.
• Lead the annual budgeting process aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Continuously develop and maintain forecasts for brands and channels based on sales trends, market conditions, and seasonal effects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports comparing budget/forecast and identify variances, offering actionable recommendations.Provide detailed insights on brand, channel, and store performance to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Work with the CFO and management team to develop long‑term financial goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to validate assumptions, perform cost analyses, and optimize resource allocation, also assessing the impact of promotions.
• Work closely with the Control, Reporting, and Regional Operations Manager to ensure consistency in financial data and reporting.
