Job summary

Rayal, a growing agricultural solutions company, is seeking a Finance Associate for a full-time on-site role in Istanbul. You will support cash discipline, treasury coordination, and operational control, tracking cash flow and reporting to management.

You will coordinate with banks, monitor liquidity, manage receivables and payables, prepare management reports on cash position, FX exposure, loans, and budget vs actual performance, and improve finance data visibility in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Turkish fluency required; English proficiency preferred
• Experience in finance, treasury, accounting, banking coordination, or financial reporting
• Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, loans, and banking processes
• Ability to prepare financial reports, trackers, cash flow forecasts, and management summaries
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow up consistently across banks, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Good understanding of documentation, reconciliation, payment planning, and financial controls
• Ability to identify financial risks, cash shortages, overdue balances, process gaps, and reporting inconsistencies
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism
• Experience with government incentives, subsidies, permits, licenses, or administrative contracts is a plus
• Agriculture, seed, fertilizer, trading, distribution, or family-business experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity
• Track customer and supplier balances; manage receivables and payables
• Coordinate payment planning and banking coordination
• Prepare management reports covering cash position, receivables, payables, FX exposure, loan exposure, and budget vs actual
• Help maintain finance-related data visibility in ERP system; improve reporting accuracy
• Support financial controls, approval workflows, and payment discipline
• Follow up on government incentives, subsidies, permits, licenses, and administrative contracts
• Coordinate with management, sales, logistics, accounting, banks, suppliers, and customers
