Job summary

Kar Porselen seeks a Finance Manager to build the financial backbone as it grows globally in HoReCa. You will drive general and cost accounting, ensure timely financial statements, and lead period-end closings for Çayırova and overseas affiliates.

The role requires 8–10 years in finance within manufacturing, plus a managerial track record, CPA or in internship, and strong knowledge of Turkish accounting standards and tax laws. Based in Çayırova with growth opportunities ahead.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Finance, Accounting, or Business Engineering.
• 8–10 years of finance experience in production/industrial companies, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• CPA (SMMM) license, or in the process to begin internship (a plus).
• Strong command of VUK, TAS/TFRS, TCC (TTK), and tax legislation.
• Experience with export regulations, foreign exchange, DİİB, and investment incentive processes.
• Knowledge of production cost accounting and inventory costing systems.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Experience in overseas affiliate accounting/consolidation is a plus.
• Active use of English.
• Ability to work at Çayırova location.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting end-to-end.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per VUK and TFRS.
• Coordinate period-end closing, inventory, and valuation processes.
• Ensure accurate calculation of product costs and inform decision-making through variance analyses.
• Manage independent audit, YMM full certification, and tax inspection processes.
• Track accounting of overseas affiliates (Egypt, Uzbekistan) and lead consolidation.
• Maximize benefits from investment incentive certificates, R&D, and export support programs.
• Provide financial data support to budgeting and report budget–actual variances.
• Establish internal control systems and strengthen financial risk management.
• Accelerate reporting and analysis using AI and digital tools.
• Manage team development and performance.
