Job summary

ArkTalents is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead full-scope financial operations for its Turkey operations in Istanbul. The role focuses on financial strategy, liquidity management, and cross-border tax planning to support international growth.

You will drive FP&A, budgeting, and variance analysis, delivering regular management reports and ensuring IFRS and local regulatory compliance across multi-currency operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 6+ years of full-scope corporate finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Business fluency in Turkish and English (Mandarin optional).

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional finance operations, liquidity management, cash flow optimization, and capital planning.
• Drive cross-border tax strategy and FX risk mitigation with IFRS and local regulations compliance.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and management reporting on revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes and act as the bridge to global HQ."
• Establish and maintain financial control frameworks, risk assessments, and accounting workflows for regional growth.

An established, publicly listed global leader in healthcare solutions is expanding its overseas footprint. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead full-scope financial operations, cross-border tax compliance, and strategic budgeting for our Turkey operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Treasury: Oversee end-to-end regional finance operations, manage liquidity, optimize cash flow, and handle capital planning.
• Cross-Border & FX Management: Drive international tax strategy, navigate foreign exchange risks, oversee multi-currency planning, and ensure strict compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• FP&A & Performance Analysis: Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis. Deliver regular management reports detailing revenue, costs, and profit drivers.
• Group Reporting: Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes, serving as the core bridge for financial reporting to global corporate headquarters.
• Internal Controls: Establish, maintain, and optimize financial control frameworks, risk assessment systems, and accounting workflows tailored to regional growth.

Qualifications

• Languages: Business fluency in Turkish paired with English or Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Active professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years of full-scope corporate finance experience, including team leadership and strong background in a multinational enterprise (MNC) environment.
• Technical Skills: Hands‑on mastery of financial modeling, cross‑border tax compliance, FX risk mitigation, and international accounting standards.
• Business Acumen: Strong risk management capabilities with a proven track record of partnering with cross‑functional leadership to guide strategic commercial decisions.
