Job summary

GSK seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with deep vaccines knowledge to build relationships with medical experts and community physicians in Türkiye. The role involves identifying investigators, site recruitment for trials, and insight gathering across the region.

Successful candidates will have a medical degree, MSL/Medical Advisor experience in vaccines or related fields, and strong Turkish and English communication. The position follows a hybrid field-based model with travel as required.

Qualifications

• University degree in medicine (MD) or pharmacy.
• Proven experience as an MSL/Medical Advisor/Medical Manager in vaccines, cardiology, or endocrinology.
• Fluent Turkish and strong English written and spoken skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage external healthcare professionals in scientific dialogue to generate insights.
• Initiate meetings, assess HCP information needs, and deliver tailored customer service.
• Engage in scientific dialogue aligned with Medical Plan and HCP needs.
• Convey insights to executable Medical Affairs strategies and value of vaccines.
• Maintain compliant partnerships with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues.
