Qualifications

• MD degree; postgraduate qualification useful but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge with ability to interpret data.
• Critical-thinking and ability to connect evidence with healthcare and business priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of Türkiye healthcare system.
• Pharmaceutical medical affairs experience advantageous with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge within obesity to support regional healthcare professionals.
• Plan and share current medical knowledge and trial data with local physicians clearly and rigorously.
• Develop regional medical advisory activities and contribute to local and national medical plans.
• Establish trusted peer relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and institutions.
• Design and coordinate medical education programs, workshops and training for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with office-based medical managers and cross-functional teams to share relevant information.
• Spend >70% of time in the field with travel across the area.
