Job summary

Novartis seeks a Field Excellence, Data Analytics & Platforms Manager to accelerate data-driven decision making and digital transformation across the organization in Turkey. You will own analytics capabilities, build scalable data products, and lead adoption of AI-powered solutions.

The role combines technical leadership with business acumen to drive enterprise-wide analytics, governance, and innovation across commercial and support functions.

Qualifications

• Essential: Degree in a relevant field such as CS, data science, engineering or statistics.
• Strong experience with SQL development and advanced data querying.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses, data lakes and cloud analytics.
• Proficiency in Snowflake or similar platforms, and Power BI expertise.
• Strong data governance, data quality, and analytics best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions for decision-making.
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting with Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Translate analytics requirements into scalable data products.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across platforms.
• Develop KPI frameworks for commercial and operational excellence.
• Partner with global and local teams on data architecture and platform ecosystems.
• Drive automation to reduce manual reporting and improve accessibility.
• Lead CRM, consent management, and related platform governance.
