Responsibilities

• Suggest looks based on latest trends and promotions.
• Promote Levi's omni experience through Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations, including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Follow store procedures and policies.
