Responsibilities

• Suggest looks based on current trends and promotions.
• Promote Levi's omni experience and Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and satisfaction.
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Handle cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments and replenishment.
• Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Follow Levi's Stores policy, procedures and programs.
