Responsibilities

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on customer needs, aligned with Levi's service approach.
• Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging customers across channels.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction goals; collaborate with store management on escalated issues.
• Efficient handling of cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while complying with store policies.
