Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing operations and maintenance across a portfolio of facilities. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient building performance while driving service delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong leadership, organizational, and budgeting skills. Valid driver's license is required and FM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and coach staff.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
