Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles (engineering trucks, shuttle vans, electric carts) and support preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Maintain daily operation, maintenance, and safety logs, including test results and equipment malfunctions.
• Follow safety policies, report problems, complete safety training and certifications, and store flammable materials properly.
• Move, lift, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤50 pounds; assist with other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
