Job summary

GİZLİ is seeking a Plant Director to take end-to-end operational leadership of our Tekirdağ manufacturing facility, owning manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery performance and cost efficiency.

The successful candidate will have direct Plant Director experience in large-scale manufacturing (preferably rubber, plastics or polymer processes), a proven record of leading operational and cultural change, experience with unionized sites, and strong Lean/TPS/Six Sigma knowledge with advanced English

Reporting Line: Reports to senior business unit leadership (Business Unit Director/VP level). The role holds full operational leadership of the site; independent corporate signatory authority remains with senior leadership.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Plant Director to take end-to-end operational leadership of our facility, owning manufacturing,safety, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency. A leader who can analyze the current operating model and initiate the necessary transformation — rather than simply maintaining the status quo — is critical for us.

• Direct operational leadership experience at Plant Director level in large-scale manufacturing environments (preferably rubber, plastics, or polymer processes)
• A proven track record of successfully leading operational and cultural change/transformation processes
• Experience managing unionized sites with a large blue-collar workforce
• Strong command of Lean/TPS/Six Sigma methodologies and a strong safety (HSE) culture
• Experience working within multinational/matrix organizational structures, with advanced English proficiency

Experience That Would Add Value

• Automotive sector experience, particularly proximity to rubber/tire manufacturing processes
• Experience with post-acquisition or post-merger integration processes
