Job summary

TOTAL Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Logistics Specialist for its Izmir location. The successful candidate will manage import-export documentation, conduct invoicing activities, and control transport costs while participating in improvement projects.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, alongside strong English proficiency and SAP knowledge. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with an international group.

Your main missions

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Organizing import and export documents, truck shipments, ocean shipments, and air shipments,

Daily tracking of shipment performance and transport cost control,

• Conducting import operations with supplier,
• Conducting invoice activities (SAP billing, sales, return, equipment invoices, scrap and e-invoice),
• Managing logistics systems (SAP key user activities),
• Managing shipment (daily shipment performance tracking, transport cost control, extra cost requests),
• Monitoring and reporting of shipment delivery performance,
• Active participation in continuous improvement projects,
• Supporting Purchasing for supplier selection in logistics activities, only in case of ad-hoc or system‑driven needs (no direct supplier negotiations),

Your Profile

• BS degree or equivalent education from relevant departments of universities,
• Has at least 2 years of experience in the relevant position,

Has very good knowledge of spoken and written English,

Has very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and ERP system (SAP), especially in reporting and data analysis,

• Has knowledge and experience in Free Zone legislation (preferred),
• Has knowledge of foreign trade legislation and customs procedures,
• Has strong analytical and proactive problem‑solving skills, is result and detail oriented,
• Is a good team player,
• Has time management, planning and organizational skills,

Has the ability to work multifunctional across logistics, customs, documentation, and system processes.
