Job summary

Trendyol Express seeks a Sustainability & ESG coordinator to drive reporting, monitor environmental and occupational health & safety performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across our global logistics network.

You will collect data, analyze performance, support ESG ratings and reporting activities, and engage internal teams and external stakeholders to advance resource efficiency and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability or related field.
• Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (Class C/B) is a plus; international certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH) valued.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and consolidate sustainability data to support reports (Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Compliance).
• Monitor energy, fuel, water consumption, waste, and resource efficiency indicators for improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with ESG indices and ensure alignment with international reporting frameworks.
• Engage ratings agencies, consultants, authorities and subject-matter experts on ESG issues.
• Monitor global/local ESG trends and report impacts on processes.
• Support Safety projects to strengthen OH&S culture and awareness.
• Monitor environmental and OHS regulations; prepare reports on changes and ensure compliance.
• Carry out inspections under Law No. 6331 and maintain up-to-date legal documents.
