Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in project-based manufacturing, preferably automation, machinery, or robotics industries.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Canias ,SAP or equivalent).
• Experience in MRP-based planning environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning & ERP Operations: analyze project BOMs, create material requirements in ERP, plan with production schedules, optimize MRP results, update lead times and reorder points, ensure data accuracy.
• Production Planning & Coordination: prepare and maintain production plans based on priorities and material readiness, coordinate with production teams, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as interface between purchasing, production, warehouse, logistics, and project management, communicate material availability and risks.
• Reporting & Documentation: prepare reports on plan status, material availability, shortages, and KPIs; maintain documentation and support audits.
