Job summary

Nestlé Bursa, Karacabey location is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Planner to join the Technical & Production team. You will develop production plans, run MRP, coordinate material supply, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in production or materials planning, hands-on SAP/MRP experience, and strong Excel and analytical skills. This permanent on-site role offers growth within a global food leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree required.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or materials planning.
Hands-on experience with SAP planning modules and MRP processes.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
Understanding of planning KPIs and performance management principles.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Basic financial awareness and understanding of cost drivers within supply chain operations.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production plans in line with capacity constraints and business requirements.
Run MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) processes and ensure optimal inventory levels for packaging materials and semi-finished products in accordance with stock coverage policies.
Plan and coordinate material supply to ensure the right materials are available at the right time and in the right quantity.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, proactively resolving supply and delivery issues.
Coordinate call-off material procurement activities and support contract preparation by providing material requirement forecasts.
Monitor and analyze key planning and operational KPIs including inventory accuracy, production plan adherence, and variance management.
Track and report production performance of co-manufacturers and co-packers, identifying improvement opportunities.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and planning performance.
Ensure full material traceability and compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles across all production and warehouse processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver superior service and operational excellence.
