Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an EMEA Packaging Automation Manager to drive capital projects across seven OU/MUs, including India, with a focus on design, scoping, and costing. The role acts as a CoE for Packaging and Automation to advance next-generation automation initiatives and scalable solutions for secondary packaging and end-of-line operations.

The position supports approximately 75 Foods plants and collaborates with commercialization teams on new go-to-market efforts, while ensuring PepsiCo

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years in product/process development and programme/project management in FMCG.
First hand knowledge of Packaging technologies is essential.
Strong understanding of process flow and end-of-line technologies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence at senior levels within the organisation.
International travel to meet business needs ~30-60%.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering design expertise across ~75 Foods plants in seven OU/MUs, plus India.
Lead design and scoping of major Foods capital projects.
Support the execution team in delivering strategic projects across the region.
Support Co-Manufacturers and Joint Venture partners in designing and implementing projects per PepsiCo engineering standards.
