Job summary

AVL Türkiye Araştırma ve Mühendislik in Istanbul is seeking an electronics engineer to design next generation automotive ECUs, inverters and BMS. You will work on schematic, simulations, thermal analysis, PCB layout, and reliability tests.

Responsibilities include analog and digital circuits, op-amps, MCUs, PMICs, switching regulators, and defining CAN/LIN interfaces. You will support lab tests, debugging, and project quality activities.

Qualifications

• Design analog and digital hardware for automotive ECUs and power electronics.
• Develop switch-mode power supplies (Buck, Boost, SEPIC, Flyback).
• Define interfaces (CAN, LIN) and plan component sourcing.
• Assist lab tests, debugging, and validation.
• Support project and quality management processes.

• Design next generation automotive ECUs (electronic control unit), Inverters and BMS including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance, worst-case analysis and signal integrity analysis.
• Analog design with op-amps, logic gates, analog/digital sensors, signal isolators, transceivers, MCUs, PMICs etc.
• Design switch mode power supplies (Buck, Boost, SEPIC, Flyback etc.).
• Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN etc.), specifying component sourcing activities.
• Support lab tests, debug and validation activities.
• Support project and quality management activities.

Profile Description

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related area.
• Experience with analog and digital hardware design.
• Experience with analog circuit simulation and analysis using LTspice or similar SPICE software.
• Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
• Experience with lab equipments and testing.
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.
