Job summary

El Sewedy Industries Group in Turkey is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop electrical components for lighting fixtures. You will improve existing designs, ensure compliance with specs and codes, and prepare technical documentation.

You will coordinate with customers and manufacturing teams, support smart lighting initiatives, and ensure technical requirements are implemented throughout development and production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing electrical components for lighting fixtures.
• Knowledge of lighting fixtures and their electrical components.
• Experience with Smart Lighting fixtures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical components for existing lighting fixtures and products.
• Improve and optimize existing electrical designs to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Ensure electrical designs and products comply with applicable specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, engineering reports, and project-related data.
• Prepare technical specifications for the procurement of electrical equipment, components, and materials.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing and coordinate with technicians to resolve electrical-related issues.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss technical requirements and existing or potential engineering projects.
• Support the development and implementation of Smart Lighting fixtures and solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure technical requirements are properly implemented throughout the product development and manufacturing process.
