Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead an electrical team across an assigned location, coordinating schedules and ensuring compliance with codes and standards. The role focuses on inspection, repair, replacement, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

The candidate will interpret schematics, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive improvements in processes while supporting CBRE’s core values and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade diploma or equivalent with 3-8 years of related experience.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret design drawings.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Experience with managing and maintaining electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules for the electrical staff.
• Inspect and assess the work done by the electrical staff; ensure it is on schedule and to code.
• Read and interpret design schematics to ensure proper installation of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot major complex system failures and equipment malfunctions.
• Assist the team with repairing and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for achieving objectives.
• Coach others to develop knowledge and expertise in the function.
• Lead by example according to CBRE values and influence at senior levels.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams.
