Job summary

Alstom in Turkey is seeking an EHS Project Manager to lead environmental, health and safety strategies across projects, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in a complex infrastructure environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, coach EHS personnel, manage regulatory and group standards like AZDP and TOPE, and drive zero-incident objectives while embedding safety into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing EHS programs in industrial contexts.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent English and local language for effective communication.
• Ability to train and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level EHS strategies to create safe working environments.
• Support Project Management in achieving EHS performance.
• Ensure EHS risk assessments and mitigation measures are defined for projects.
• Prepare, implement and maintain project-level emergency plans.
• Oversee subcontractor EHS activities and interfaces with other contractors.
