Job summary

Barilla Group in Turkey or Greece seeks a Legal EEMEA Counsel to support the business across the EEMEA region on commercial, contractual, corporate and regulatory matters. The role involves partnering with regional and global legal teams, ensuring policy compliance and facilitating strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law with bar admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience in food or consumer goods is preferred.
• Knowledge of Corporate Affairs, IP, Compliance, Privacy and Food Law.
• Fluent in English; Greek or Turkish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to regional teams based on business requests.
• Implement local legal strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support HQ on corporate governance matters and legal entity management.
• Manage regional training on antitrust, compliance, IP and contract management.
• Oversee regional IP portfolio and enforcement strategies.
• Support data protection and privacy policies in line with GDPR/CCPA.
