Job summary

GoStudent is expanding its learning centres in Istanbul and seeks a Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a local team. You will balance online, group, and in-person tutoring while ensuring excellent student outcomes and family satisfaction.

You will drive local marketing and sales efforts to grow the centre and manage schedules, curricula, and KPI-driven improvements in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in running a centre or store operations.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre in Istanbul, ensuring smooth scheduling and high-quality services.
• Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment.
• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow the customer base and hit revenue targets.
• Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction.
• Develop curriculum and product offerings by grade level, and structure class schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimise results.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff.

Your Role in Our Mission

• Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services


• Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment


• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets


• Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction


• Developing the curriculum and product offering by grade level, and structuring class schedules


• Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results


• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff
