Job summary

ONIVERSE is seeking a District Manager for the Turkey market to drive store performance and lead retail teams across multiple locations, reporting to area managers.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring service standards and visual guidelines from Italy are consistently applied. The role requires English fluency and willingness to travel, with a strong focus on data-driven commercial actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales and team management experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexible working hours and have no restriction to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store performance in order to achieve targets and goals with strong focus on team management.
• Improve client service and monitor store teams compliance with ONIVERSE’s standards acting as a role-model.
• Team management; recruitment, training, performance evaluation.
• Build a bridge between stores and head quarter, reporting to area managers.
• Make commercial analysis and take actions according to datas.
• Apply ONIVERSE’s visual standards comes from Italy; control visual operations and store organizations.
