Job summary

Publicis Groupe Türkiye is seeking a Strategy & Creative Director for Publicis GO, a commerce-driven marketing agency. You will lead the Strategy & Creative team, transforming briefs into influencer-led campaigns and ensuring global brand platforms translate to the Turkish market with local sharpness.

You will own pitches, RFIs and new business, building content pillars, creator selection logic, and measurement frameworks while collaborating with local and global leads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy or creative roles, agency-side preferred.
• Proven influencer, social or content-led campaigns with results.
• Strong pitching experience and ability to win new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy and big idea development from brief to final presentation.
• Adapt global brand platforms to Turkish market with sharp local insight.
• Own strategic and creative side of pitches, RFIs and new business.
• Build content pillars and creator selection logic linked to brand objectives.
• Translate brand objectives into creator strategies and platform roles.
• Connect ideas to budget, KPIs and a clear measurement approach.
• Lead and develop the Strategy & Creative team and maintain high standards.
