Job summary

Servier in İstanbul seeks a Business Excellence Director to partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team, driving data-driven decision-making, digital and omnichannel transformation, and governance of CRM and analytics platforms. Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Business Excellence, Commercial & Promotion Excellence, and BI.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytics, CRM, reporting systems and performance management background.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness and BI initiatives across the organization.
• Advise General Manager and Leadership Team with insights and recommendations.
• Drive segmentation, targeting, territory design and field productivity priorities.
• Develop dashboards, reporting systems and KPI tracking for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to implement omnichannel and AI initiatives.
• Govern CRM and commercial systems and oversee customer engagement platforms.
• Coach and develop the BEX and DDIS teams while aligning with stakeholders.
