Job summary

Bupa Acıbadem Sigorta is seeking a Senior Leader to define and drive the enterprise data strategy, governance, and EDW/BI initiatives in Türkiye. You will partner with senior leadership to enable data-driven decisions, build data literacy, and lead a high-performing, diverse data team across functions.

The role requires 10+ years in data management or architecture, strong governance expertise, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in data management or data architecture.
• 3-5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong expertise in data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale EDW transformations and data migrations.
• Fluent English for strategic reporting and learning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s end-to-end enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
• Establish and manage Data Governance frameworks including data ownership, standards and data quality processes.
• Lead the design, development and delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and BI initiatives.
• Partner with business units and senior leadership to enable data-driven decision making and effectively manage stakeholders across functions.
• Drive data literacy, training and adoption initiatives across the organization.
• Provide architectural guidance on modern data architectures (Data Modeling, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, etc.) and technology selection.
• Lead, develop and manage high-performing data teams with a strong focus on leadership maturity and sustainable team growth.
• Ensure strong reporting discipline by establishing structured, consistent, and business-impact-driven reporting frameworks.
