Coca-Cola Türkiye in Istanbul seeks a Director, Marketing Capability & Transformation to lead the Eurasia & Middle East Marketing Capabilities and Operations agenda, building future-fit skills, modern practices, and a culture of continuous learning to accelerate growth.

You will define capability strategy, optimize agency performance, drive experimentation at scale, adopt platform services, and lead a high-performing team across markets, partnering with HR, procurement, and senior marketing

Qualifications

10–12+ years of experience in Marketing, Capability Development, Operations, Agency Management or Transformation.
Proven ability to build capabilities across markets and diverse teams.
Experience turning business priorities into practical learning strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead the Marketing Capability & Operations agenda across EMEA markets.
Define capability strategy, calendar, and learning journeys aligned with global framework.
Improve agency performance, procurement collaboration, and resource effectiveness.
Build test-and-learn capabilities and scale proven approaches.
Drive adoption of Marketing Platform Services and change management.
Engage internal stakeholders through communications and communities of practice.
Lead and develop a high-performing team across markets.
