Job summary

Insider One in Istanbul is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Associate to join our Hi-Tech program. You will support German-speaking partners, resolve technical queries, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success on the Insider platform.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in B2B support or account management, fluency in German and English, and a passion for technology. You’ll work with a global team, receive extensive product training, and help us scale our marketing and customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or CRM systems.
• Fluent in German and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Based in Istanbul and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Address technical issues and partner requests on the Insider platform.
• Manage technical relationships with German-speaking partners.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide impactful solutions.
• Gather insights from partners to improve the product.
• Meet SLAs with fast response and effective resolution.

• Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B environments or a consulting firm.
• Account Management Expertise: Knowledge of e-commerce or CRM systems.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
