Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a hands-on Digital Media Planner/Strategist to lead end-to-end digital media strategy and execution across Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic channels in a hybrid Turkish-based team. You will collaborate with marketing, brand, PM, and analytics to ensure campaigns deliver impact and meet targets.

The role requires experience with major DSPs, strong analytics, and fluency in English, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with at least two major digital media platforms.
• Strong understanding of upper and mid funnel media metrics and how digital channels support brand objectives.
• Proactive and eager to learn with a problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Within in-house digital media team, lead end-to-end digital media strategy and execution across channels (Social, Display, Video, Programmatic).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, brand, PM, analytics) to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing and budget allocation to ensure targets are met.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure alignment with Vodafone’s global digital standards and best practices.
• Contribute to audience strategy, creative testing and channel mix planning to drive awareness, consideration and engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform developments and best practices.

What you’ll do

• Within in-house digital media team, lead end-to-end digital media strategy and execution across channels (Social, Display, Video, Programmatic).

Who you are

• Hands-on experience with at least two major digital media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)
• 1-2 years of experience in digital media planning and execution
• Good undestading of upper and mid funnel media metrics and how digital channels support brand objectives.
• Working knowledge in adserver, brandsafety and measurement platforms (ie: Adobe Omniture, Adjust, Google Anlalytics, Adform, DoubleVerify).
• Curious, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong interest in digital media.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
• Detail oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn with a problem solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and fluency in English.
