Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Digital Health Solutions Service Engineer to install, configure and support our digital health products at hospital sites. You will integrate devices with clinical networks and low-current systems, and collaborate with software teams on updates and testing.

Travel will be frequent; a valid B-class license is required. Strong English skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication are essential for delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of vocational schools.
• 3 years of experience in digital solutions in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in wiring, connection, and working with low current.
• Knowledge of programming languages.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results-oriented, and quality-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid B-class driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Providing installation, configuration, and technical support for the company’s digital health products.
• Integrating products with hospitals’ technical infrastructure (network connections, low-current systems, cabling, etc.).
• Coordinating with software teams to execute system updates and testing processes.
• Providing user training and supporting customers in the effective use of products.
• Providing technical support to the sales team, ensuring high customer satisfaction during technical service processes.
• Analyzing technical issues that may arise in the field and providing solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams (Service, Sales) to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on service activities.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations in all business activities.
