Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced command of written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, coaching and feedback skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong facilitation and moderation capabilities.
• Strong collaboration across functions with strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel frequently and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate diagnostics strategy and related Medical Affairs activities, ensuring alignment with company strategy and regulatory procedures.
• Provide scientific and medical leadership on diagnostics literature, studies and evidence for cross-functional teams.
• Oversee diagnostics-related field medical activities, including planning, execution and reporting.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance of promotional and non-promotional materials within delegated authority.
• Lead development and delivery of diagnostics training for Medical and field teams.
• Coordinate Advisory Boards and scientific engagements in line with SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Develop scientific and training materials to support diagnostics strategies.
• Support diagnostics-related approval, reimbursement and regulatory activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure accuracy of diagnostics content in patient materials and product information.
• Establish and enhance Medical Affairs tools and resources for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Medical leadership to align across Therapeutic Areas.
• Manage diagnostics scorecards and dashboards and participate in regional/global projects.
