Koç University invites applications for the Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences and Economics (CASE). The Dean serves as chief academic and administrative officer, guiding CASE and its alignment with the GSB, with global recognition including Triple Crown and BSIS.

The candidate will lead strategic recruitment, faculty development, and interdisciplinary collaboration, advancing undergraduate and graduate education, research impact, and global partnerships.

Formación

• The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a closely related discipline, with a distinguished record of scholarly achievement, international recognition, and research impact commensurate with appointment at the rank of Full Professor.
• Demonstrated administrative leadership experience in a research-intensive academic institution or business school is preferred.
• Due to national regulations, Turkish citizenship is required for the position.

Responsabilidades

• Define the College’s future academic and research trajectory through strategic recruitment, retention, and professional development of world-class scholars aligned with the University’s strategic plan.
• Act as executive champion of Koç University's premier undergraduate legacy and advance rigorous, student-centered education through interdisciplinary curricula.
• Oversee alignment with the Graduate School of Business and strengthen engagement with external partners and global collaborations.
• Foster a culture of trust, excellence, and shared governance while expanding international credentials and executive education initiatives.
