Job summary

The role covers full DB lifecycle tasks—installation, upgrades, patching, migrations, and data refreshes—while solving incidents within SLA and documenting procedures for ongoing reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
Up to 4 years in Oracle, MSSQL, or NoSQL databases.
Linux experience is a must.
Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge.
Experience with incident handling and SLA adherence.
Ability to automate daily DB tasks with PL/SQL, Python or Bash.
Excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

Define the full technical infrastructural environment of an IT solution.
Drive technical architecture definition with the customer.
Implement business rules for customer databases in defined projects.
Handle incident tickets within SLA resolution times.
DB operations: installation, upgrade, patching, migration, refresh, export/import.
