Job summary

Trendify Analytics seeks a Data Engineer to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will build data platforms and analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, SQL, PySpark and Python, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on data modelling, ETL design, data lake and data warehouse architectures, and delivering scalable pipelines. You will join a fast-growing tech company that values learning, compensation, and a strong health benefits package.

Qualifications

• Degree in a data-centric field such as Computer Engineering or Applied Mathematics.
• 2+ years of experience building complex data products.
• Strong SQL skills and data integration experience.
• Knowledge of data warehouse modeling and ETL with SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Fabric and familiarity with its data engineering ecosystem.
• Experience with Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures in modern analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with SSAS Multidimensional and Tabular Model Development.
• Deep knowledge of database tables and relational architecture.
• Experience implementing solutions on MS SQL Server.
• Strong SQL, PySpark, and Python for data transformation and analytics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize BI technologies to construct data models aligned with business strategy.
• Analyze data sources across units to create essential reports and datasets.
• Manage and tailor ETL processes to meet business needs while optimizing them.
• Design data models for transformation, quality, metadata management, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
• Build and optimize Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions for enterprise reporting.
• Develop data transformation processes using SQL, PySpark, and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern data engineering best practices.
