Job summary

PITIR TECH is seeking a customer support expert to serve entrepreneurs using DijiPilot and DijiFlow on macOS and Windows, across languages and time zones. You will refine AI drafts into precise, human-sounding responses while maintaining empathy and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional written English and Turkish, strong desktop troubleshooting instincts, and comfort with AI tools. A focus on quality content, onboarding improvements, and cross-functional feedback is essential.

• Excellent written English and Turkish are required.
• Real troubleshooting instinct on desktop platforms (macOS or Windows).
• Comfortable working with AI tools all day and quality-controlling their output.
• Patience, warmth, and precise writing.

Responsibilities

• Answer product questions with speed, empathy, and precision, with AI handling the first draft and you owning the final word.
• Troubleshoot real technical issues on macOS and Windows, and escalate cleanly to engineering.
• Build and maintain AI-powered support automations, macros, and help content.
• Turn recurring questions into better docs and onboarding.
• Be the customer’s voice inside the company: report friction to product and engineering.

Support here is AI-first too: AI drafts, you direct and perfect. You will build and tune the automations that answer the routine, so you can give the hard cases real human care. We want a support expert who treats AI as a power tool, never as a replacement for judgment.
