Job summary

Avery Dennison is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Turkey and Greece region. The role connects customers with internal teams, handling end-to-end interactions, resolving inquiries, and supporting growth within the Label and Packaging Materials Group.

The position is hybrid and based at the Samandira-Sancaktepe/ISTANBUL facility, with responsibilities spanning order processing, CRM data tracking, and proactive account management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an internal sales or customer service function, preferably in manufacturing/production.
• Minimum university degree.
• Fluency in Turkish and English; Greek is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers in Turkey and Greece via email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics teams.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying needs to cross-sell and upsell products.
• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective and existing clients while tracking activities in the CRM.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative for the Turkey and Greece region at Avery Dennison, you will serve as the primary link between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolve complex inquiries, coordinate with supply chain and logistics functions, and drive client satisfaction and business growth within our Label and Packaging Materials Group division.

This is a hybrid position based at our Samandira-Sancaktepe / ISTANBUL facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Turkey and Greece, addressing inbound inquiries across multiple channels including email, phone, live chat, and online presentations.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing and coordinate delivery schedules with Planning and Logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer complaints, order discrepancies, and technical issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts, proactively identifying customer needs to cross-sell and upsell relevant products and solutions.
• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective and existing clients while meticulously tracking sales activities and customer data within the CRM.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 4+ years of previous experience in an internal sales or customer service function (ideally within the manufacturing/production industry).
• Minimum university degree.
• Full fluency in Turkish and English; Greek is considered a bonus/plus.

Skills you need to succeed:
