Job summary

Mindpicked is seeking a Chief Technology Officer for its client group with operations across multiple countries. You will define the technology strategy and lead execution across businesses, translating business goals into technology priorities.

You will oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and major transformation programmes, including SAP, while building high-performing teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a group-wide technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities

• Oversee major transformation programmes, including SAP and other business-critical systems
• Strengthen cybersecurity, technology risk management, data governance, and business continuity
• Identify practical opportunities to apply analytics, AI, and automation across the business
• Establish effective ways of working across technology teams, business units, and geographies
• Manage technology budgets, strategic vendors, and the delivery of major programmes

The CTO will define the group’s technology strategy and lead its execution across multiple businesses. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can connect technology investment to business priorities, deliver complex transformation programmes, and build effective teams across a distributed organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a group-wide technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Lead the evolution of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and integration architecture
• Oversee major transformation programmes, including SAP and other business-critical systems
• Strengthen cybersecurity, technology risk management, data governance, and business continuity

Candidate profile

• Strategic experience with ERP programmes; SAP experience is highly valued
• The ability to work closely with executive stakeholders and turn business needs into clear technology priorities
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
