Job summary

Bitget in Turkey is seeking a proactive Market & Strategy Analyst to map local user behavior and support the launch of a new UEX-based business model. You will conduct in-depth field work, interviews, and data-driven insights to shape campaigns and partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), up to 2 years of experience, and the ability to travel frequently. Fluency in English and native Turkish are essential for cross-border collaboration and local storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university; master’s degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience are preferred.
• Strong learning ability, sharp thinking, clear logic, and ability to quickly understand complex business topics.
• Open-minded and willing to build judgments from first-hand facts rather than relying on fixed frameworks or past experience.
• Strong curiosity for new things and willingness to work on ambiguous, 0-to-1 projects.
• Ability to extract key insights from large amounts of fragmented information and turn them into clear conclusions.
• Highly self-driven and able to push tasks forward independently.
• Strong execution capability, hardworking attitude, and willingness to handle frequent travel, intensive field visits, and hands-on research.
• Excellent communication skills with users, channels, partners, and internal teams
• Native Turkish speaker, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Market & Demand Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to map and analyze local user behaviors and channel requirements.
• UEX Framework Building: Help establish and structure the local UEX cognitive framework for a completely new business model.
• Actionable Insights: Propose localized event, campaign, and activity suggestions based on field data.
• Fieldwork & User Engagement: Conduct extensive on-the-ground interviews, site visits, and deep-dive interactions with local user groups.
