Job summary

Ingram Micro Turkey is seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Analyst to develop, recommend, and implement policies for evaluating customer credit-worthiness and managing credit lines. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes affecting receivables and review write-offs.

The role requires analyzing credit risk with external agencies, supporting legal actions when needed, and maintaining relationships with credit agencies, while ensuring internal controls comply with Sarbanes-Oxley

Position Summary

• Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures for investigating and evaluating new and existing customer credit-worthiness and extending or revoking credit lines/limits.
• Coordinates with internal departments to resolve billing disputes that may affect the ability to collect receivables.
• Reviews and makes recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs.
• Investigates and analyzes credit risks, using available internet and credit agency tools and information.
• Recommends and implements credit extensions/revocations, and/or legal action where necessary.
• Develops and maintains relationships with outside credit agencies.
• Ensures procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.

• Possess broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions.
• Goals are provided to the incumbent in form of desired results.
• Determines and develops approach to solve functional area related issues.
• Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience.
• Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.
