Job summary

Innovance Consultancy in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Treasury and Investment products application development team. The role blends business analysis with hands-on data and system design in a hybrid work setting.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and support multiple projects across banking domains. Fluency in English is a plus and prior Agile experience is valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering departments.
Experience in core banking, consumer finance, leasing, individual credits or payment systems.
Excellent in relational databases like Oracle, PL/SQL, MSSQL and/or Django.
Hands-on experience in Postman and/or SoapUI.
Demonstrated experience in translating the business needs to technical requirements for all stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Hold self-responsible for the team and individual tasks assigned.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex problems independently.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Experience in Agile Development methodologies is a plus.
Experience in web application & mobile application technologies is a plus.
