Job summary

Martur Fompak International is seeking a Finance professional to manage international accounting and VAT processes for overseas entities. You will coordinate with external advisors, monitor SAP postings, and support audit activities across multi-country operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, at least 4 years of experience (2 in Big Four), and strong English skills. You will work in a dynamic international environment with IT and Tax teams to ensure compliant, timely

Responsibilities

• End-to-end VAT refund process follow-up for overseas offices and warehouses with local advisors.
• Monitor and control SAP postings for international operations.
• Review, reconcile, and assess financial statements prepared by local advisors.
• Collect and review monthly financial reporting packages for timely information delivery.
• Provide technical support for international financial processes.

Job Description

• End-to-end follow-up of VAT refund processes related to overseas offices and warehouses, including coordination and provision of required information and documentation to local advisors
• Monitoring and control of invoice postings in SAP for international operations
• Review, reconciliation, and assessment of financial statements prepared by local accounting/tax advisors
• Collection and review of monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accurate and timely information flow with advisors
• Providing technical support for international financial processes
• Performing financial data controls and coordinating necessary corrections
• Working in close coordination with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of system-related financial processes
• Supporting statutory audit processes for international entities, including:
  • Data checks and validations
  • Support for audit reports and auditor requests
• Other Reporting & Compliance Activities:
  • Coordination with advisors during the preparation of Group Transfer Pricing documentation
  • Preparation of required data and documentation for the Turkey Master File
