Avery Dennison Corporation in Türkiye is seeking a Cost Analyst to evaluate financial data, manufacturing costs, and product profitability to support essential business decisions. You will work with finance, operations and supply chain teams to analyze cost drivers and drive cost optimization.

Based at our Saray site with hybrid work, you will conduct monthly costing, variance analysis, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Cost Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to evaluate operational efficiency.
Monitor standard vs. actual production costs and identify key cost drivers across manufacturing lines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise lean sigma initiatives and cost optimization projects.
Prepare comprehensive cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group financial policies.
