Job summary

ATG Türkiye is seeking a motivated Corporate Travel Agent to plan and manage business travel for corporate clients. You will coordinate travel arrangements within Türkiye and internationally, including accommodations, transportation, and client requests.

The role requires strong English communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management, excellent customer service, and proficiency in MS Office and online

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business travel management.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic team at ATG Türkiye. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing business travel services for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality travel experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is experienced in corporate travel operations, highly organized, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. This position involves handling travel arrangements both within Türkiye and internationally, including accommodations, transportation, and special client requests. You will also manage related tasks such as itinerary preparation, quotations, amendments, invoicing, and supplier coordination.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Tourism & Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business travel management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (a second language is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills
• High level of focus on corporate customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid knowledge of online travel systems (mandatory)
• Capable of preparing customized itineraries and quotations for clients
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Highly responsible, organized, and reliable
• Willingness to travel when required and support operations both within and outside of Türkiye
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage
