Job summary

Türkiye Finans is seeking a corporate credit analyst to evaluate corporate loan requests and ensure compliance with credit policies. You will monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and coordinate handling of distressed credits in a dynamic banking environment.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of credit processes, regulatory issues, and strong analytical capabilities to support sound lending decisions. Join a team focused on responsible growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years university degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in credit analysis/underwriting.
• Experience with Corporate loans is asset.
• Ability to assess how macro factors affect the credit portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate corporate loan credit requests to ensure evaluation by relevant credit approval authorities.
• Ensure credit process and decisions comply with the Commercial Credit Policy criteria.
• Manage and monitor portfolio and delinquent accounts closely.
• Coordinate identification, classification and management of problematic credits.
• Coordinate restructuring of problematic loans to reduce Non-Performing Loans and provisions.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years university degree,
• At least 6 years of experience in credit analysis/underwriting process,
• Having experience for Corporate loans is considered as an asset.
• Understanding the economic conditions of the sectors and the market and having the competency to estimate & measure the effects of social, political, and economic developments on the quality of the credit portfolio,
• Ability to make that detail risk assessment that contribute to the final decision,
• Knowledge of regulatory issues in credit process,

Key Responsibilities

• To evaluate the credit requests which are related to Corporate loans to ensure that the credit requests are evaluated by relevant credit approval authorities,
• To ensure that credit process and decisions are in comply with the criteria, which is determined by Commercial Credit Policy,
• To manage and monitor that the section portfolio and delinquent accounts are monitored and followed up closely,
• To coordinate identification, classification and management of problematic Credits,
• To coordinate restructuring of problematic loans to reduce Non-Performing Loans and provisions
