Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel in Gebze (Istanbul) is seeking a bilingual Turkish and English Customer Solutions Engineer to design end-to-end warehouse and logistics solutions for our Contract Logistics customers, combining operational insight with a data‑driven mindset.

You will translate customer requirements into scalable supply chain concepts, support RFQs and tenders, develop layouts with AutoCAD, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget while upholding our

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Solution Design experience within warehousing or contract logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced AutoCAD skills for warehouse and layout design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess logistics processes for existing and new customers.
• Design and optimize end-to-end warehouse and logistics solutions.
• Develop warehouse layouts and operational flows using AutoCAD.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across logistics operations.
• Translate customer requirements into efficient and scalable supply chain solutions.
• Support RFQs and tenders with solution concepts and activity-based cost calculations.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to create competitive customer proposals.
• Present technical and operational solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding activities and implementation planning.
• Monitor project implementation to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate issue resolution and manage challenges during implementation.
• Create customer-focused solutions that balance operational, commercial, and financial requirements.

We are seeking a bilingual (Turkish & English) Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Contract Logistics team in Gebze, Istanbul. This is a great opportunity for a logistics and supply chain professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, designing warehouse solutions, and working directly with customers.

You will be part of the Solution Design team within our Contract Logistics business in Turkey, supporting the development of innovative and customer-focused logistics solutions. Working in a fast-paced operational environment with a challenging project agenda, you will design end-to-end operational solutions for customer RFQs, deliver projects utilizing Kuehne+Nagel’s global tools and methodologies, and collaborate closely with national, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into efficient and scalable logistics solutions while ensuring alignment with Kuehne+Nagel’s strategic vision, values, and organizational culture.
